We design and supply flowers and arrangements for your special occasions and also provide delivery of flower bouquets and vases.  All of our next day deliveries are made free of charge.

What are your terms and conditions?

This site, its contents including any images, pictures, text and sounds and any part thereof are the copyright of Blue Daisy Flowers. The names, logos and trademarks incorporated in this site are registered trademarks of Blue Daisy Flowers.
We will confirm your order by e-mail. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason. At the moment that the goods are despatched a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product, all substitutions will be of greater value than the original; we will make every effort to keep the colours and shape to maintain the look of the original order. In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.

If you need to amend or cancel your order please contact us by e-mail, providing a minimum of 48 hours notice before despatch.
Should you not be fully satisfied with your order please contact us by e-mail, due to the perishable nature of our products we require notification within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, and we willl reimburse your payment in full.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
